while I was working the first time I did a lot of error until I learned well .But I never give up and always admit when I did mistake and I tried  to develop myself . I will give you for example in one day my manager requested an updated list of names of people worthy of medical insurance that more than 300 staff and  must be delivered during two days . Meanwhile, I was new employee and former officer responsible resigned because of that was a nightmare for me. However, I handed over the list to my manager before the time specified and corrected some information with him admitted that the reason for this error for lack of experience . So, when you working do not despair, work needs a lot of effort and self-development.
